INSTRUCTION CARD:

1. Wear the bracelet on your non-dominant hand. The dominant hand is the stronger hand, the one you write with, and is the hand that gives. The non-dominant hand is the hand that receives.

2. Light up an incense stick and place it in the holder.

3. Let’s cleanse our space.

1. Light the end of a sage bundle with a match/lighter.
2. Walking clockwise in the room, blow smoke into every edge of the room.
3. Air out the place after 5 – 10 minutes.

4. Let’s Play the Affirmation Game:

1. Roll the 20 sided dice once for the chapter number.
2. Roll the 20 sided once more for the affirmation number.
3. In the Affirmation Bible, today’s affirmation is on Chapter (Roll 1) and Affirmation (Roll 2).
4. Write the affirmation 200 times in your dedicated notebook. It takes approximately 70 – 90 minutes to complete.
5. Once you complete this task, you will be eligible to play the game again.
